Ireland’s own Olivia Tracey will be the next Red Roses and Petrol star to dish on the making of the movie. The multi-talented former beauty pageant winner shines as the grieving Doyle family matriarch, Moya, in the film and is sure to provide some great insight in her interview. In the meantime, check out what Heather Juergensen has to say about her experience playing Moya’s outspoken daughter, Medbh, by visiting www.redrosesandpetrol.com or www.myspace.com/redrosesandpetrolmovie.
We all love Heather Juergensen from her standout performance as Medbh in Red Roses and Petrol. But did you know that in the same year that she made that film, she also appeared as Mrs. Silverman in Disney’s The Haunted Mansion? The comedy, which features funnyman Eddie Murphy as a realtor who brings his family to check out the creepy abandoned manor, was a huge hit. Catch the movie on ABC Family Channel on Saturday, April 5, at 2:00 p.m. and again on Sunday, April 6, at 12:30 p.m.
Heather Juergensen may play the sarcastic daughter in Red Roses and Petrol, but in real life, she’s relating more to the role of doting mother. On October 26, 2007, the actress and her sportswriter husband, Kevin Hench, became parents when they welcomed daughter Sophie into the world. The new family is making their home in Los Angeles.
Heather Juergensen, Enda’s grieving, foul-mouthed daughter in Red Roses and Petrol, stars in the upcoming comedy, The Hammer. In it she stars as Lindsay Pratt opposite Adam Carolla’s Jerry Ferro, a 40-year-old former boxer whose struggle to get his career back on track takes audiences on a hilarious ride. Carolla co-wrote the film, which is partially based on his own life, with former THE MAN SHOW scribe Kevin Hench (Juergensen’s husband). The movie’s director is Charles Herman-Wurmfeld, Juergensen’s brother who’d previously directed her in Kissing Jessica Stein. The Hammer opens in 10 cities on Friday, March 21.
